TipTopJob is seeking a CRM lead to own the customer data, segmentation and journey design within a hospitality-focused business. You will shape the CRM strategy, influence technology choices and develop a loyalty proposition that drives repeat visits.
Work closely with Marketing and leadership, building personalised journeys across email, SMS and other channels, and creating measurable campaigns that grow guest lifetime value. This remote role includes monthly travel to the head office in the UK.
