The Aurora Group is seeking a Learning Support Practitioner to positively impact pupils in Caterham.

You will safeguard welfare, support the THRIVE provision, and deliver 1:1, small group, and classroom sessions to meet individual needs.

You will build strong relationships with pupils, families, and school staff while embedding the THRIVE approach across the whole environment.

Prior experience with SEN, ADHD, ASC is valued, along with safeguarding training.
