We're recruiting a Chef Manager to lead a well:established Business and Industry contract catering site in Reigate.
This is a small, friendly operation with around 700 people on site, serving approximately over 100 freshly prepared hot meals each day. You'll be supported by a Relief Chef and Chef de Partie, giving you the opportunity to focus on delivering great food, leading your team and building a strong relationship with the client.
Lunch service finishes at 2:00pm, leaving plenty of time for preparation, administration and planning before heading home.

The Role
- Lead the day:to:day kitchen operation
- Manage and develop a small team
- Cook fresh, high:quality food
- Manage ordering, stock and food costs
- Help develop seasonal menus
- Build strong client relationships
- Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
About You
- You'll already be working as a Chef Manager or Head Chef, ideally within contract catering, education, hotels or high:volume fresh food operations.
- You'll enjoy leading a team, cooking from scratch and taking ownership of your kitchen while delivering consistently high standards.
- Reliable, consistent and committed to long:term roles.
