A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Brackley, Northampton area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers. This is a spacious care home with purpose-built facilities making it the perfect setting for nursing, residential, dementia, and respite care.

To be considered for this role you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. Your key duties include:

  • Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
  • Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy.
  • Ensure that residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other health care professionals.
  • Report any ill-health amongst residents and make requests for GP/professional visits where necessary.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Proven experience of working in a care setting.
  • A good team player.
  • 1+ Year NMC registration.
  • Well-developed time management and leadership skills.

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of GBP21.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to GBP48,048 per annum.
