Overview
An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed RMN or RNLD Nurse to work in an exceptional low secure hospital based in the Ayr, Scotland area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers.
This special mental health service is a low secure hospital for males and females with mental illness and/or personality disorders.
To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RMN or RNLD Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
Key Duties
- Providing a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorder
- Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement
- Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
- Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
- At a more senior level, youll also need to lead shifts as well as mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team

Salary and Benefits
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary GBP36,176 : GBP41,953 per annum DOE. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available.
