A committed Registered Nurse is sought to work in an exceptional care home in Woolverstone, Ipswich. You will be employed by one of the UK\’s leading healthcare providers. The care home supports residents to maintain independence; they work with Dementia Care Matters to improve quality of life for people living with dementia.
Requirements
To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Responsibilities
- Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
- Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy.
- Ensure that residents\\\’ care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals.
- Report any ill-health amongst residents and request GP/professional visits where necessary.
Qualifications / Skills
- Proven experience of working in a care setting.
- A good team player.
- 1+ year NMC registration.
- Well-developed time management and leadership skills.
