We're recruiting a Thai Sous Chef to join a dynamic contract catering operation just outside South-East London, delivering premium food at scale for prestigious international clients. This role is ideally suited to Thai Sous Chefs from contract catering, aviation catering or large-scale production kitchens, where volume, consistency and organisation are second nature, combined with genuine expertise in Thai cuisine.
