What You Will Be Doing:
- Create bespoke learning journeys: adapt the National Curriculum into highly personalised, engaging lessons tailored to what your students love.
- Teach the whole child: focus heavily on emotional regulation, social skills, and sensory management alongside academics.
- Collaborate with experts: work side‑by‑side daily with speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and behaviour specialists.
- De‑escalate with empathy: work in a strictly non‑confrontational, therapeutic way, viewing challenging behaviour simply as communication that needs to be understood.
- Drive student growth: manage and contribute to EHCPs, PEPs, and individual target reviews to celebrate every victory, no matter how small.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – mandatory for the GBP 5,000 welcome bonus.
- A heart for SEND: proven experience working with young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
