We have an immediate requirement for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our existing team of recruiters working out of Mumbles Swansea. Suitable candidates will ideally have prior recruitment experience, but we will also consider individuals with a sales background, whether it\’s from face-to-face sales, telesales, or telemarketing. Similarly, ideally candidates will be educated to degree level or comparable (the majority of our candidates and clients are graduates); however, professional communication skills are the must-have requirement. Working within the Environmental sector, you will be joining the UK\’s largest specialist Recruitment Agency. Our clients are the UK\’s most prestigious environmental and engineering employers, and the candidates are high-calibre professionals. Our expansion comes about as a result of demand. We currently have more vacancies than we are able to service with our current headcount.
