Responsibilities:
- Manage candidates through the recruitment and assessment process
- Coordinate references, compliance checks, and onboarding documentation
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure recruitment timelines are maintained
- Maintain accurate records and update recruitment systems regularly
- Support candidates throughout the process to deliver a positive experience
- Identify and resolve administration issues before they impact delivery
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the role, or as a Resourcer, Recruiter, HR Administrator, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and experience managing accurate data
- Confident using digital systems and recruitment databases
- Experience managing multiple workloads and deadlines simultaneously
- Knowledge of regulated or compliance‑led environments would be beneficial
Working Hours: Full‑time, Monday to Friday with hybrid working available.
