A fixed-term contract opportunity within a highly regarded healthcare-focused commercial property team. Hybrid working arrangements are available, together with flexibility around working hours, a comprehensive benefits package and clear career development pathways within an award-winning firm.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for an established caseload, covering acquisitions, disposals, real estate finance and development matters.
- Advise on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including freehold and leasehold matters, reporting on title, preparing certificates of title and drafting clear, practical advice notes.
- Provide support on corporate property elements of asset and share purchases and sales, including reviewing, negotiating and amending documentation, as well as assisting with associated due diligence.
- Advise on development projects, working closely with colleagues across different departments as part of wider project teams.
- Build strong working relationships with both clients and colleagues, demonstrating excellent communication skills, effective project management and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
