Your Role as the Classroom Lead
As a Year 1 Supply Teacher, you are the captain of the ship, ensuring that learning continues seamlessly and that every child feels supported.

- Classroom Management: Quickly build rapport with new groups of children, maintaining a calm, productive, and safe learning environment.
- Adaptive Teaching: Differentiate tasks on the fly to support pupils with diverse needs, ensuring every child stays on track with the day's objectives.
