Working: Mon - Fri

Salary: up to GBP33,780

Qualifications:

  • Any Trade qualification (Carpentry / Plumbing etc.)
  • Legionella: L8 Desired not essential

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • To carry out pre-planned and reactive maintenance
  • Your work may include but not limited to; changing door locks, skirting board replacement, hanging doors, changing taps, sinks and toilets, painting and decorating
  • To liaise with management and client
  • Work alongside subcontractors and other engineers

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
