An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in Radstock, Somerset. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers. This care home is a specialist autism service for adults. There is a staff team who have significant expertise in supporting people with autism and behaviours that may be challenging.

To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Dedicated to undertaking the management of supporting people with learning disabilities and other complex needs, your team will support service users in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities and other initiatives.
  • You will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care.
  • Be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service.
  • You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the service's success.
