What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out first-off, last-off, and sample inspections to ensure quality at every stage
  • Creating and maintaining accurate inspection records and quality documentation
  • Programming and operating CMMs
  • Conducting MSA (Measurement System Analysis) studies
  • Calibrating and maintaining metrology equipment
  • Supporting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and driving corrective/preventive actions
  • Helping to prepare SOPs and review product specifications
  • Taking part in continuous improvement projects across the business
  • Contributing wherever needed to support quality and business goals

What We\’re Looking For

  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Confident using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Solid experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong GD and T knowledge and quality inspection skills
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Familiarity with injection-moulded components (desirable)
  • Experience with PPAP processes (desirable)
