We are currently partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Fareham to recruit an experienced Quality Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The Role

As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading the site Quality function, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing the Quality team
  • Managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
  • Overseeing internal and external audits
  • Ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business

About You

  • Proven experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality role within manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001)
  • Experience leading audits and managing compliance
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
