We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to join a long‑standing manufacturer in Stourbridge (West Midlands). Typical working hours will range between a 6 am to 7 am start, with a finish at 4 pm or 4:30 pm (44 hours per week), with some flexibility in start and finish times depending on the business needs. Annual salary of up to £50,000 per annum (DOE).
You will be responsible for a team of up to 8, working in conjunction with the Quality Assurance Manager and QHSE Manager, reporting directly to the Manufacturing and Managing Directors. Interview will be a 2‑stage process.
What You Will Do
- Lead the company's efforts to maintain consistent product quality and implement robust process controls.
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, driving a culture of quality excellence.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a formal quality management system and ensure compliance with industry standards.
