Shift: 6am - 2.30pm or 2pm - 10.30pm

Our client manufactures sweets, savories and ready meals for the aviation catering industry as well as retail, wholesale and food service sectors. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Quality Auditor to join the team at this exciting time.
Role And Responsibilities
- Ensure GMP standards are maintained
- Auditing according to BRC requirements
- Review out of specification results
- Investigate complaints
- Verify production paperwork
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Experienced with running internal, customer and GMP audits
- BRC auditing exposure
- High care experience
- HACCP qualification
