An established and highly respected firm is seeking a Property Solicitor to join its expanding property team, handling a varied and increasing caseload across agricultural, commercial and residential matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied and interesting caseload spanning agricultural, commercial and residential property matters, including advising on farm and land transactions, grazing licences and development projects.
- Handle commercial leases and landlord and tenant work; deal with residential conveyancing and general title issues (easements and boundary matters).
- Provide clear, practical advice to clients operating within the agricultural and rural sectors; build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the property team; work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistently high standard of client service.
The Candidate
- Applications welcomed from newly qualified Solicitors through to those with several years' post-qualification experience.
- Experience handling complex property transactions; strong commercial awareness with a client-focused approach.
- Confident engaging with a diverse agricultural and rural client base; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, well-organised and capable of managing a varied workload independently.
- A local connection to one of the firm’s offices would be advantageous, though not essential.
