Residential Property Sales Manager

An ambitious family‑owned property group is looking for a proactive Residential Property Sales Manager who is ready to take ownership of their career and drive growth in an established market.

This role offers genuine progression opportunities – from successful sales performance you could move into branch management, profit‑share or equity participation. The position is full‑time, office‑based in Surrey and requires working most Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Unlock new opportunities and reactivate dormant leads to generate immediate growth.
• Build strong relationships with clients and secure new instructions through proactive outreach.
• Work systematically to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
• Drive sales targets while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in residential property sales.
• Experience winning new instructions through proactive outreach.
• Entrepreneurial drive with the potential to progress to branch management.
• Self‑motivated and highly ambitious, with a strong desire to earn commission and advance.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure compromise between parties.

Requirements

• Full driving licence and personal transport.
• Local knowledge of East Surrey is advantageous but not essential.
• Open to relocating to the area.
