JOB TITLE: Post 16 Programme Manager – Engineering

THE COMPANY
Our client is the leading trade association support organisation, dedicated to providing a range of business services to world leading manufacturing companies. They have a purpose-built, state-of-the-art Technology Hub where training is delivered via apprenticeships and commercial-led training. They are seeking a dedicated Programme Manager – Engineering to join their team.

THE ROLE
The Programme Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of the centre-based Apprentice and Skills curriculum.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

1. Collaborate with other senior Managers to maintain a best-in-class learning provision
2. Manage a team of tutors
3. Structure and effectively timetable a range of courses
4. Ensure that learning is well planned

THE CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong Post 16 Programme Manager – Engineering with the following experience:

1. Strong technical knowledge
2. Experience in managing education provision
3. Managerial experience
4. Background in teaching/lecturing

SALARY: c.GBP45,000 Depending on Experience plus excellent benefits
