Location: Royal Tunbridge Wells, England (High Brooms)

Job Type: Temporary (until at least end of the year, with potential extension)

Hours: Monday‑Friday, 36.25 hours per week. Shift options: 8:00 am‑4:00 pm or 9:00 am‑5:00 pm, with an early finish on Fridays.

Pay: £12.21 per hour.

We are currently seeking a Production Operative to join a busy and supportive team within a well‑established electrical manufacturing company based in Tunbridge Wells (High Brooms). This is a temporary position running until at least the end of the year, with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and produce electrical components and systems using detailed drawings and written instructions.
• Perform manual and semi‑automated processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain high‑quality standards throughout inspection and testing stages.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to follow technical drawings and instructions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work in a production environment and attend full training.

Full training will be provided to meet the company\’s and industry\’s quality standards.

Location and travel: Free on‑site parking is available for drivers. For those traveling by train, the site is approximately a 25‑minute walk from High Brooms Train Station.
