Overview

Private Client Solicitor (Locum) 5+ PQE, Worcestershire, c. GBP 50 per hour, on-going assignment. The locum will handle a private client caseload during a period of permanent recruitment. The locum requirement is for approximately 3 months, to start as soon as possible, ideally full-time, though four days would be considered, with a preference for three days per week in the office due to client service needs. Responsibilities

  • Seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor, ideally with 5+ years\\\’ PQE, though candidates with other levels of experience will also be considered, to provide temporary support to the team during a period of permanent recruitment
  • The role is a generalist private client position, focusing on wills, probate, and estate administration, providing an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload
  • You will manage your own files independently, taking responsibility for all aspects of cases from client instruction through to completion, while receiving support from colleagues as needed
  • This is a locum assignment for approximately three months, with an immediate start desirable, offering a flexible way to gain experience in a well-established team
  • The role is ideally full-time, although four days per week will be considered to suit individual circumstances, providing flexibility for work-life balance
  • There is a requirement for three days per week in the office, reflecting the importance of client service and face-to-face meetings
  • You will have regular direct client contact, including in-person meetings with a variety of clients, some of which may involve high-value estates, requiring professionalism, discretion, and strong communication skills
