Private Client Solicitor, 2+ PQE, Cambridge. Salary is 40k β 60k (DOE). Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload across private client matters, including wills, trusts, complex lifetime tax planning, estate administration, powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.
- Advise clients on issues surrounding succession, tax and mental capacity, with a focus on high net worth individuals as well as elderly and vulnerable clients and their families.
- Work collaboratively within a team that specialises in advising diverse private client matters and opportunities to work across all areas of private client work to develop broader skills.
- Develop and maintain technical, leadership and management skills; contribute as a team player within the firm.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ PQE.
- Ambitious and keen to grow within the role.
- Efficient, well-organised and timely.
- Ability to work on complex matters and client-facing situations.
