Private Client Solicitor, 4+ PQE, Hertfordshire, Salary up to GBP 55,000β65,000 (DOE). This is an outstanding opportunity to join the Legal 500 ranked practice of an award-winning regional firm, working with business owners and high-net-worth individuals on complex matters.
The Role
The role will involve managing an independent caseload, providing a broad range of advice and services to clients, including the preparation of wills and trusts, inheritance tax planning, and probate and estate administration. This is an excellent chance to gain experience in handling higher-value estates and cases with more complex family circumstances.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' PQE, with strong technical knowledge in private client matters and a commitment to ongoing professional development. You will be confident and effective in communicating with clients, both verbally and in writing, approaching matters with professionalism and sensitivity to tailor advice to the specific circumstances of each case. You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively. A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently are essential, together with a commitment to maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge and developing practical skills.
