The Role
- No two days on supply are the same, but your core mission remains constant: supporting pupil progress.
- General Support: Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management in KS1 and KS2.
- Interventions: Leading small groups for Phonics (Read Write Inc/Jolly Phonics), Numeracy, or Literacy boosters.
- 1:1 Support: Providing dedicated aid to pupils with mild SEN (Autism/ADHD) to help them stay on task.
- Adaptability: Jumping into new classrooms and quickly building rapport with children and staff.
