About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to explore your passion for education by assisting students aged 4–11, contributing to their social, emotional, and academic growth. You’ll work closely with teachers and provide valuable support to children in a dynamic and enriching classroom environment.

Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teachers to work with groups of children
- Provide regular progress updates to the class teacher and maintain records
- Attend to children\’s personal needs, including minor first aid, and offer guidance on pastoral, social health, physical hygiene, and welfare matters
- Engage with teachers, caregivers, and parents to monitor student development
- Support children on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to facilitate their learning
- Be a positive role model for students and staff
Your Qualifications
- Experience working with children
- Genuine passion for working with children
- GCSE Maths and English: Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Enhanced DBS (we can assist if you don’t already have one)
- Classroom and behaviour management skills
- Patience to support pupils in understanding lessons and engaging in activities planned by the teacher
- Eligibility to work in the UK (Sponsorship not provided)
