Tip Top Job is seeking a Specialist SEND Tutor and Behavior Mentor for a Year 3 pupil in Tendring.

The role covers 15 hours per week, delivered outside the home in a private community room, focusing on relationship-building, de-escalation and hands-on, active learning.

The pupil presents SEMH, ADHD and ASD traits; you will tailor English, Maths, Science and PSHE into short, engaging tasks with CENTURY to support learning and safety in a structured setting.
