They are seeking an experienced Prestige Sales Manager to join their boutique wine importing company. With a curated portfolio of rare, exceptional wines from around the world, they cater to discerning clients who appreciate craftsmanship and heritage.
The ideal candidate will have experience across London’s Luxury on‑trade sector along with a passion for premium European and global wines.

Your Role As The Prestige Sales Manager Will Include
- Drive business growth by increasing sales volumes and securing new business within the Prestige and Luxury on‑trade sector (pubs, bars, restaurants)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long‑term partnerships
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and company objectives
- Launch new producers into market, alongside developing brand plans and strategy across key regions
- Collaborate with the team to understand and communicate the unique stories of our wine selections
- Regularly meet with customers to discuss product offerings, market trends, and growth opportunities
- Represent our brand at tastings, events, and industry gatherings
Have You Achieved Any Of The Following
- A proven track record in sales within the wine, spirits, or premium beverage industry
- A strong network of contacts in high‑end bars and restaurants
- Deep knowledge and passion for global wines, with an understanding of unique and artisanal wine categories
- The ability to sell wine and a track record in negotiations and pricing
- Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills
