Your responsibilities as Practice Manager:

  • Develop and improve internal systems, workflows, and office processes
  • Review and finalise statutory accounts in line with UK standards
  • Prepare and review accounts, tax returns, and computations
  • Identify and advise on tax planning opportunities for clients
  • Oversee VAT returns and management accounts, including ad hoc reporting
  • Support compliance requirements including Making Tax Digital and company secretarial duties

What we're looking for in a Practice Manager:

  • Previous experience within a small or medium‑sized accountancy practice
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards (FRS 102 / FRS 105)
