Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Portsmouth

Working: 40 hours per week : Monday to Friday (with on call) : 7:30am : 4pm

Salary: Upto GBP45,000

Were looking for an Engineering Lead /Supervisor (Electrical) to oversee planned and reactive maintenance across three client sites, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. This is a hands:on supervisory role, combining technical expertise with leadership and compliance responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and deliver electrical maintenance and repair works across multiple client sites.
• Ensure all planned preventative maintenance is completed in line with schedules and contractual requirements.
• Lead, manage and support a team of engineers, ensuring compliance with Mitie and site Health and Safety policies.
• Supervise subcontractors, ensuring works are carried out in line with RAMS and site rules.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and actively participate in training, appraisals, and development activities.

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:

• City and Guilds 2360 Parts 1 and 2 or equivalent electrical qualification.
• Ability to obtain SC Clearance.
