Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Development: Oversee, mentor, and motivate a large team of porters and supervisors, ensuring high standards of performance and professional conduct.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage complex rotas and resource allocation to meet the 24/7 demands of a major healthcare site.
