Horizons is a residential transitional service supporting up to 13 young adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, as well as associated medical needs. The Role
As a Night Team Leader, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality care and support for both the people we support and your team. This role primarily leads the staff team on nights, with occasional day working required to fulfill all responsibilities.

Additional Requirements
- Participation in on-call rota (A GBP 10 per session)
