The Role
As Global Supply Chain Manager, you will take ownership of the end‑to‑end flow of materials and finished products across a multi‑site, international operation. Reporting into senior operations leadership, you will play a key role in enhancing supply chain performance, supporting operational scalability, and driving continuous improvement across planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on operational leadership in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and reliable inventory visibility across multiple regions
- Optimise stock positioning to support customer demand and operational efficiency
- Manage raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished goods inventory
- Align demand planning, production scheduling, and distribution activities
- Oversee logistics, warehousing, and international distribution operations
- Support the development and implementation of new distribution capabilities
- Strengthen supplier relationships and procurement effectiveness
- Develop supply chain processes, systems, and performance metrics
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimisation projects

About You
- Proven experience within supply chain, materials, operations, or planning roles in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of inventory management, forecasting, logistics, and procurement
- Experience working within a growing or evolving business environment, could be a major 3PL or a global business in warehousing, sales and distribution. Either B2B or B2C.
- Able to bring structure, visibility, and process discipline to complex operations
- Strong analytical capability with ERP/MRP systems experience (SAP)
- Practical, commercially aware, and naturally improvement‑focused
