The Role
As Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all engineering, asset, and contractor activities remain fully compliant with statutory regulations and internal standards.
Working within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, you will lead compliance activities, contractor management, and engineering stores operations to drive safe, efficient, and audit‑ready performance across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate site‑wide engineering and compliance activities, ensuring all statutory and company requirements are met.
- Plan and oversee routine inspections, audits, and compliance‑related schedules.
- Maintain accurate records, systems, and documentation to support operational and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and drive completion of corrective actions arising from inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
