Responsibilities
- Deliver Inspiring Lessons: Teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4 (GCSE), creating an engaging learning environment for students of all abilities.
- Supply Teaching Flexibility: Step into pre-planned classrooms confidently, managing behaviour effectively and ensuring student progress.
- Long-Term Teaching Support: For long-term roles, take on planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA), as well as participating in departmental meetings.
- Academic Progress: Support students in boosting their STEM confidence and reaching their target exam grades.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT/NQT status.
- A relevant degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related STEM subject.
- Proven classroom management skills within a UK secondary school setting.
- An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness for one).
- Right to work in the UK.
