Were looking for a Vehicle Technician to join the team at our Peterborough depot.
Youll be working across a wide range of makes and models, carrying out everything from routine servicing and maintenance through to complex diagnostic repairs.

Job Description
- Vehicle Technician, Diagnostic Technician : Cars and LGV, Automotive
- Your day: responsibilities
- A Identifying and rectifying in: depth and complex diagnostic faults.
- A Carrying out service, maintenance and repairs across a range of cars and LGVs.
- A Liaising with the Parts Department to make sure jobs are completed efficiently.
- A Completing job cards, service sheets, clocking and other relevant documentation accurately and on time.
- A Keeping your workspace clean, tidy and organised.
- A Maintaining up: to: date product and technical knowledge and attending training where required.
- A Supporting and mentoring apprentices and other members of the wider team when required.
Person Specification
- Were looking for someone who knows their way around a vehicle and, more importantly, knows how to find the fault when things arent straightforward.
- A City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in a relevant vehicle maintenance/repair discipline, or strong proven experience.
- A Higher: level diagnostic training or previous experience in a similar senior diagnostic role.
- A A full, valid driving licence.
- A Strong fault: finding and problem: solving skills.
- A The ability to work as part of a team and support less experienced technicians.
