The role requires an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join a thriving and busy disputes team. You will manage a varied caseload of matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, property litigation, contentious probate, construction disputes and other commercial disputes. You will receive exposure to high-quality matters and be involved in business development and networking activities.

Suitable candidates will have at least 12 months’ experience within a regional law firm known for litigation. You will have dealt with contract disputes, property litigation, contentious probate, debt recovery, shareholder and partnership disputes. Newly qualified solicitors with at least one seat in disputes during their training contract are also considered.
