Are you a Registered Nurse with ICU / Critical Care experience working with ventilated patients? Or an ODP, ANP, or Outreach Nurse, with an A and E background? Are you an Applications Specialist or Clinical Nurse Adviser searching for a fresh challenge? This is a field-based role, delivering clinical customer and device support. BASIC SALARY: £43,000 - £46,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Initially, an 18-month fixed-term work contract with potential for a future permanent position, this home and field-based role is visiting customer sites (hospitals), providing the necessary clinical support for our customer base across a wide territory. You will also be required to occasionally visit our Midlands Headquarters and therefore be comfortable with the level of travel involved.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver the customer training plan across the appropriate segments in hospital settings, effectively transferring knowledge and empowering customers to use our ventilators/technology effectively.
  • Comply with mandatory training and attend local and abroad training programs as required.
  • Collaborate with senior management, clinical, marketing and distributor teams to develop innovative activities to achieve sales targets, allowing us to gain market share and differentiate from competitors.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with KOLs and strategically important clinical and economic stakeholders.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors' products, activities and strategies in the market.
  • Execute specific customer development and training programs by providing full clinical education and support for the ventilators in hospital accounts. This includes conducting clinical trials and direct patient bedside training.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Ideally, you will have the following characteristics and experiences:

  • A Critical Care background: beneficial.
  • A Registered nurse with ICU/CCU or A and E education worked with ventilated patients (or keen to train in these areas).
  • A strong knowledge of ventilation strategies depending on indications and different patient categories.
  • An ability to build strong relationships fast.
  • A capacity to gain in-depth product and procedural knowledge linked to awareness of the acute and critical care sector.
  • An ability to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders within ICU, Emergency room and wards.
  • Self-disciplined, organised, take ownership and responsibility for business objectives and project execution.
  • Able to positively influence thinking, behaviour and gain end user commitment.
  • Competency with advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • A full and clean driving license.
  • An ability to articulate key product messaging to increase customer compliance with our technology and driving care strategies to improve patient outcomes.
