Job Title: General Manager : Luxury Boutique Hotel : Scotland

Salary: up to A GBP 70K + Bonus

Location: Perthshire, Highlands

Responsibilities

• Create a strategy to increase revenue
• Oversee all operations of the hotel and venue
• Train and develop a growing team
• Implement a 5* service strategy
• Oversee the P and L
• Lead by example with a hands-on approach

Qualifications

• At least 3 years hotel management experience
• Must come from luxury background
• Strong communication skills
• Customer focused with a big personality
• P and L experience
• A leader with an eye for detail
• A team player
