We are currently partnering with a stunning luxury country hotel in Hampshire that is looking to appoint an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead its bar operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional with a strong background in premium food and beverage environments who is looking to join a high-performing luxury property focused on exceptional guest experience and service standards.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the bar operation, ensuring outstanding service delivery, team leadership, and a memorable guest experience at all times.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the bar team, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently delivered
- Drive beverage quality, presentation and guest engagement across the operation
- Create and develop innovative cocktail and drinks offerings in line with the hotel's brand and clientele
- Manage stock control, ordering, GP margins and supplier relationships
- Train, mentor and develop the bar team to maintain high performance and service excellence
- Work closely with senior management on seasonal promotions, events and beverage strategy
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety and company procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or senior bar leadership role within luxury hospitality
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, premium spirits, wines and beverage trends
- Experience managing teams within high-volume or high-end environments
- Commercially minded with experience managing costs and profitability
- Passionate about guest experience and team development
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
