About The Role
We're looking for a creative and capable Digital Marketing and Content Executive to help bring the Flotek brand to life across every channel. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong design skills with a real understanding of social media and digital content. You'll turn marketing plans, campaigns and ideas into engaging creative work, producing everything from social media graphics and sales collateral to photography, video and email campaigns. You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing and wider team to plan and deliver content that builds the Flotek brand, showcases our people and expertise, supports our campaigns and helps generate new business opportunities. We're looking for someone who can take a brief, develop the creative idea and see it through to execution. You'll need a sharp eye for design, strong attention to detail and the confidence to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving business.
Day-to-day activities include:
- Designing engaging content for social media, email campaigns, presentations, sales collateral, digital advertising and internal communications
- Planning, creating and scheduling social media content across Flotek's channels
- Developing creative ideas that support marketing campaigns, product launches, company news, events and recruitment
- Producing on-brand graphics, templates and marketing materials for teams across the business
- Capturing high-quality photography and video content featuring our people, partners, events and projects
- Editing short-form video content for social media, campaigns, case studies and internal communications
- Writing and adapting clear, engaging copy for social media, emails and other digital content
- Building and sending email campaigns, ideally using Mailchimp or a similar platform
- Updating website pages and content (using Webflow)
- Helping maintain a consistent and recognisable Flotek brand across every touchpoint
- Managing the content calendar and ensuring agreed activity is produced, approved and published on time
- Monitoring social media and campaign performance to understand what’s working and improve future content
- Working with colleagues across the business to uncover stories, results and ideas worth sharing
About You
- Proven experience in a digital marketing, content or creative role
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design across digital and printed formats
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud/Canva, or comparable professional design software
- Experience planning, creating and publishing content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant social platforms
- A strong understanding of how content should be adapted for different audiences, channels and formats
- The ability to work confidently from an initial brief through to finished creative work
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms for content creation, design, video editing or marketing workflows would be an advantage
- Strong written communication skills and a good eye for detail
- Excellent organisation, with the ability to manage several deadlines and projects at once
- A collaborative approach
