What Youll Be Doing

  • Leading the pastry section with precision, creativity, and care
  • Designing and producing high:quality desserts, afternoon teas, and bakery items
  • Working closely with the Head Chef and Exec team to develop new seasonal offerings
  • Maintaining the highest levels of hygiene, presentation, and consistency
  • Training and inspiring junior chefs and kitchen assistants
