Daily Duties
- Lead projects from concept design and planning through to technical delivery and completion
- Produce high:quality design and technical information using AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all RIBA stages
- Manage workloads and take responsibility for the quality of outputs with limited supervision
- Contribute positively to the practices design ethos and team success
Ideal Candidate
- UK:based with UK:recognised qualifications
- ARB:registered Architect and/ or RIBA Part 2 qualified
- Experience in high:end residential and small:scale developer projects
- Confident across all RIBA stages with a solid understanding of building regulations
- Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and detail:oriented with a passion for good design
