We are looking to recruit a motivated and detail-focused professional to join a busy Residential Property Team.

The Role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will support an experienced conveyancing team with all aspects of residential property transactions, from initial instruction through to completion:

  • Preparing quotes and initial client communications.
  • Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and other key documentation.
  • Updating clients and agents on transaction progress.
  • Managing case files in line with CQS standards.
  • Handling exchanges and setting up completions.
  • Submitting Land Registry applications and other post-completion work.
Skills Required
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a conveyancing paralegal role.
  • Confidence in handling exchanges and setting up completions independently.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail, even under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and case management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills: clear, professional, and client-focused.
  • Experience with digital dictation and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
