An unmissable opportunity for an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to join our Residential Property team at an exciting time. You will provide caseload support to a busy team of Conveyancers in a productive working environment with inspiring peers and a caring culture.
The Role
The appointed Plot Sales Paralegal will support a senior conveyancer in residential conveyancing matters, with a particular focus on plot sales. The successful candidate will assist with leasing and leasehold matters, manage referral arrangements, and maintain a strong awareness of compliance issues. You will build relationships with new and existing clients and professionals while seeking out and converting new business opportunities.
The Candidate
Ideally, applicants will be working towards their CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer qualification. We are looking for experienced paralegals with strong conveyancing experience who are interested in gaining exposure to plot sales. You must possess good communication skills, be IT literate, and have solid organisational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
