Tip Top Job is partnering with a regional office of a Tier 1 contractor to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for high profile education, MOD, MOJ, health, pharma, student and care schemes.
You will review programmes and cost plans at early stages, coordinate with supply chain to develop detailed prices, then convert these into subcontract orders.
On larger schemes you’ll lead site pre-start meetings, manage the package on site and oversee payments, valuations, variations and CVR reporting.
