Role And Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure schedules and deadlines are achieved.
- Maintain quality standards and compliance with ISO 9001
- Oversee production documentation, reporting, and MRP/ERP system updates.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.
- Interpret engineering drawings and ensure products are manufactured accordingly.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Over ten years composites experience.
- Management experience on the Shop floor
