The Role

You will advise a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to national and international businesses and senior executives on a broad spectrum of employment matters, including contentious tribunal claims, strategic advisory work, and day-to-day HR issues. The role offers exposure to high-quality employment work, with the opportunity to undertake a blend of employment and immigration matters for those looking to broaden their expertise. You will also play an active role in business development, client relationship management and supporting the continued growth of the practice.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors between NQ and 3 years PQE, that have solid technical experience in employment law matters. You will have the ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision, excellent client care skills, and a commercial approach to delivering practical legal advice. The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and keen to contribute to business development while building long-term client relationships.
