A growing hospitality group is looking for an Operations Manager to join the business at a genuinely exciting stage of its journey. This is not a maintenance role. The business already operates some of the busiest and most complex hospitality venues in London, but the real opportunity here is what comes next. They are looking for someone ambitious enough to grow with the business, take on increasing responsibility over time, and play a key role in shaping the future operational structure as the company continues to scale. The environment is fast-paced, people-led, and high energy. Standards are high, expectations are high, and they want someone who enjoys being in the middle of the operation: driving performance, developing teams, and constantly improving what good looks like.
This role would suit someone who is already operating at senior level within a multi-site hospitality business, who has a long-term strategic vision but still hands on.
The Role- Oversee a portfolio of high-volume, operationally complex venues across London
- Lead, coach, and develop senior management teams across multiple sites
- Drive commercial performance while protecting guest experience and culture
- Create structure, accountability, and operational consistency across the business
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategy, growth, and operational development
- Support new openings, business evolution, and wider operational projects
- Be highly visible within the operation: close enough to the detail to influence outcomes properly
- Take on broader responsibility as the business continues to grow and evolve
- Strong multi-site hospitality leadership experience
- Background within high-volume restaurants or large multifaceted hospitality operations
- Commercially strong with a proven ability to improve performance
- Comfortable leading large, layered teams in fast-moving environments
- Naturally people-focused with strong coaching and leadership ability
- Ambitious and motivated by progression, responsibility, and long-term growth
- Able to balance operational detail with bigger-picture thinking
- Calm under pressure and confident making decisions at pace
- Someone who wants to contribute, influence, and grow with the business over time
